1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Only unused, unwashed, and original condition shirts with tags intact are eligible for return.
  • Shirts purchased during sales or promotional offers are eligible for return, unless otherwise stated.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Shirts that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items with missing tags or original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-printed shirts.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at the designated email.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  • Once approved, the item must be shipped back in its original packaging.

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges:

  • Exchanges for size or style are possible if the item is in original condition.
